    Factory Overhaul Process:

    Ready to extend the lifespan of your Wobblestick while supporting a more sustainable future? Simply complete the following steps and submit the required documents to sales@ferrovac.com:

    • Fill out the RMA Form – If you don’t have an RMA number yet, you’ll receive one after submitting the form.
    • Complete the Decontamination Declaration Form – This form is mandatory; without it, your package will not be opened.
    • Attach any relevant photos – If available, include images to help us assess the defective parts.

    Once we receive your Wobblestick, it will undergo a thorough assessment. If we discover any hidden damage beyond what is covered in the standard overhaul service, we will provide you with a quote for the necessary additional repairs. If you are already aware of any specific damage that requires attention, please indicate this in the RMA form.
