    A number of specialized port aligner designs are available, such as more compact designs for applications with tight size constraints.

    Port aligners are designed to be adjusted as a system or workflow is being established or tested.
    For more situational positioning of system components, we recommend using a Ferrovac Boomerax Multiaxis Manipulator instead:

    Available Options

    • Extra Compact Port Aligner: This design offers a shorter insertion length for application with tighter dimsenional constraints and less displacement requirements.
    • Gas Spring Loaded Port Aligner: Specialized design that can be outfitted with gas loaded springs, nullifying the pull of the vacuum-to-atmosphere pressure difference.
    • Custom Design: We will gladly consider working with you to create a custom design for your specific application.
