    The HSASOM40(EBMD) Heating Station is a fully configured UHV solution designed for fast heating of flag style sample plates to ultra-high temperatures. This assembly integrates an E-Beam sample heating unit, tailored for flag style sample holders, with a Sample Transporter (MD16).

    The entire heating station comes pre-mounted on a DN40CF (2.75") flange, including all necessary wiring and electrical feedthroughs, providing a ready-to-use system.

    It enables rapid and precise sample heating up to 2000°C, making it ideal for advanced material processing and surface science applications.

    *Note: Number based on internal tests. Actual max. expected temperature heavily depends on system set-up.
