FerroLoader Docking Kit for Thermo Fisher Helios DualBeam™ FIB-SEM

A docking package that entirely replaces the ThermoFisher QuickLoaderTM to Ferrovac’s combined loader/docking system. When the UHVCTS is detached, a normal transfer arm can be mounted, providing the same functionality as the original QuickLoaderTM.

The FerroLoader is the best option if the end user wants to use the dock for both, attaching a UHVCTS and to load samples from air or via the Ferrovac Inert Gas Transfer Shuttle (IGTSFL) by means of a normal transfer arm.

Requires following additional parts (not provided by Ferrovac):

  • Cryo Interklock Kit 1099932 for the FIB Helios from Thermo Fisher
  • Compressed Air Line (4.5-7 bar) and Tubing (4mm push-to-connect) to ISO 8573-1:2010 [7:4:4]
  • Nitrogen Gas Line (0.5-1 bar) and Tubing (6mm push-to-connect)
  • Electrical supply cable IEC 320 C8 to IEC socket of your specific country
