Gas pressure spring supported Port aligner DN160CF L=210mm with free inner diameter 150mm and +/-35mm lateral deflection. A device for the alignment of UHV equipment.
This port aligner is made with a welded bellows. It is specially built for lateral and angular alignement of two UHV-chambers. Four gas springs compesate the resulting force of the evacuated port aligner so the axial stroke remains unaffected by vacuum.The gas spring supported Port Aligner is bakeable up to 150°C with the gas springs.
